TRAINERS ORIGINATING FROM THE NEW EU MEMBER STATES
REQUIRED IN BRUSSELS AND LUXEMBOURG for
acting together in providing training services to the European Administrative School
Experienced, professional, Trainers are required to join an international Project Team in
Brussels and Luxembourg from January 2007 on a part-time employed basis, delivering
a skill-based induction training course to staff of the European institutions. The Training
project is due to last at least 2 years.
Complete fluency in either French or English -writing, reading, speaking - in addition
to mother tongue, is essential: further languages would be an advantage.
Trainers are required who are knowledgeable about personal development - creativity,
problem solving, assertiveness, handling change, dealing with diversity, etc.
Important attributes for successful candidates include
1. Excellent presentation and facilitative skills
2. A fresh and flexible approach
3. An ability to handle a culturally and hierarchically diverse group of learners
4. Experience of general skills training
5. Knowledge of the European institutions
Familiarity with Virtual Learning Environments would be an advantage.
