One furnished room is to be rented for a non-smoking person in a new flat with 85 square meters in Neudorf (in Luxembourg city). The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom (with a separate toilette) and a big living room with balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a new washing machine as well. The room is available from January 1, 2010.
The public transport is excellent; the city centre is 10 minutes by bus and the night bus stops directly at the house.
The monthly rental fee is EUR 820, which includes the overheads and the internet as well.
