We are looking for a Secretary/Office Manager based in Luxembourg, preferably with IT experience and interest.
Job Functions
Provide receptionist services
Distribute the mail, answer phone calls
Follow-up of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, bank transfers
HR tasks, team Timesheets coordination
IT tasks when required
Education / Professional experience/ Skills
Similar secretarial experience 1 year at least
Languages: English fluent, French good, other as advantage
Experience in IT/website creation strongly desired or IT interest and willingness and to learn
