Room to rent in a big mansion (“maison de maître”) in the center of Dudelange available as of 1st of march. The rent is 600 eur plus 75 charges (utilities + cleaning lady twice a week included).
There are 9 rooms in the house but you will share your bathroom with only one other person (personal sink and drawers). You will be sharing the kitchen, dining and living room with 6 other housemates (there is a separate apartment in the house with kitchen and living room for the three other persons).
The room is around 18 square meters, it is very bright with 2 big windows. Furnished with a double bed (140cmx180cm), a big wardrobe, 2 bookshelves, a chest of drawers, bedside table, tv and beautiful deco. Wifi + internet via cable available.
The house is fully equipped. Kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge and big freezer, coffee machine, toaster and a lot of space to store your food. Cutlery, dishes, glasses, pans… are already there. Loundry in the cellar with 2 washing machines, one clothes dryer and clotheshorses. Living room with big sofa and tv.

1 square meter box in the cellar available to store your stuff.
20 minutes from Luxembourg, 5 minutes walk from train station, buses and all kind of shops and restaurants. Town library is just across the street, big cinema complex 10 minutes walk.
